New Year, New Location
Happy New Year! We hope you all had a great holiday season.
We are celebrating the New Year with new premises in Northbrook. We have moved the site next door from Unit 3 to Unit 2. This will allow us to work more closely with our Employment Service neighbours, Career Edge, and provide a safer work environment for us all.

Dealing with Data Plans
Don’t miss the upcoming workshop on “Data Usage & How to Read Your Bill” with speaker David Elyea of Frontenac Computers. He will provide tips to understanding what uses up all that data and how to keep it under control. He will also walk through the details of data bills for us. The afternoon workshop takes place at Kennebec Hall (Arden Community Centre) from 12:30 to 3:30 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2016. See the flyer, below, or check our events calendar for map links and future events. Please contact us for more info.

Digital Drop-in Centres
We are very excited about the new Digital Drop-in Centres that we are starting in various communities throughout the Northern Frontenac and Lennox & Addington region. Thanks to our Ontario Trillium Foundation grant for the “Alleviating Social Isolation through Technology” (ASITT) project we have seven Drop-ins set up and more will follow. The Drop-ins will offer free Wi-Fi and use of computer and other digital equipment (printer, tablets, ipad, digital camera, etc.). There will also be Digital Coaches on-hand to give some advice, quick how-to’s and assist with minor digital “challenges” and questions. There is a schedule below or look at our Calendar page for locations, dates and times. Don’t forget to check back regularly, as we will be offering more in the future. Please contact us for more info.
